tables/chairs, multi-hour setups/breakdowns, etc. — or for locations outside our delivery area, we'll

Delivery-Only & Customer PickupNeed tables, chairs, or extras without full service? Ask about delivery-only or customer pickup pricing
at a reduced rate. Note: all tent rentals require mandatory setup and breakdown — these
options do not apply to tent orders.
Extended Rentals & Bulk OrdersRenting for multiple days or an entire weekend? We offer discounts on extended rentals and bulk orders.

Rental & Payment TermsFull payment is due to reserve your date and equipment. A 25% security deposit authorization may be
placed on the card used for your rental shortly before delivery or pickup. This is a temporary hold and
will be released after equipment is returned in good condition.
By completing payment, you authorize Down 2 Party to securely save your payment method for the security deposit and any authorized charges under your signed rental agreement, including damage, missing items, or late returns.
Changes, cancellations, delivery conditions, and other rental terms are governed by your signed rental agreement.
